How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship out from the US to all countries USPS supports. The following are approximations; speed varies depending on origin, destination, and (if applicable) customs!

Domestic (non-express)
3 - 5 business days following shipping notice

International (non-express)
1 - 6 business weeks following shipping notice

NOTE: During the holiday season, shipping delays may occur so please be patient during this time!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! International customers will be responsible for any fees on the package. PLEASE be sure to include a phone number at checkout with your order!

NOTE: At this time, shipping is currently NOT available to the EU/UK which includes the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark/Greenland, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Wales

I am also unable to ship to countries included on the USPS Suspension List.

Processing Time?

Shipping will not start until orders have been processed. In the event that I receive a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in processing time. Generally, fulfillment will begin once all orders have been received for that period.

Stamped Mail?

Smaller items such as patches, stickers, and postcards are sent via USPS stamped mail by default. This delivery method is low-cost and does NOT include tracking information with your order!

If your order contains small items, but you would like tracking included, please include the "Tracking Add On" to your order from the shop menu.

Larger/bulkier items such as apparel, charms, and posters are sent via USPS Ground Advantage mail and include tracking information. If your order contains a mixture of small and large items, it will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage mail by default.

Restocking?

All products are assembled by myself and are created in limited quantities. If an item you are interested in is currently out of stock, I may offer preorders (depending on the item) which will ship out later to account for reordering and/or reprinting.

Your patience is appreciated as I work to restock the shop!

Order Cancellation + Combination?

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase via email.
If you would like your orders combined, please contact me via email with your order number(s). Please do NOT request this in the note at checkout. 

Order Has Not Arrived?

Please check the shipping address for your order! If it is correct, please give it time based on your location.

Domestic orders typically take 3-5 business days. If it's been a full two weeks and you're in the US, please contact me!

✧ International orders may take a few weeks. If it's been 6-8 full weeks and you're from an international country, please contact me!

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact form or via email (preferred). A response will be sent within 24-48 hours, so please be sure to check your inbox and spam folder!

If there is something missing from your order, please contact me via email for further assistance!

Once USPS is in possession of any package, I am not responsible for any post office related issues. Items may be eligible for replacement on a case by case basis, but the customer will be responsible for contacting the shop in a timely fashion along with any additional fees. If your order is damaged/lost/stolen, please contact me via email for further assistance. 

What if my order is returned to the sender?

You will be contacted via email to reconfirm the shipping address before the order is reshipped. If no response is received within two weeks, your order will be refunded.

NOTE: For both domestic and international orders, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to have their order reshipped.
